Our comprehensive lawn care program consists of six annual applications, strategically scheduled approximately every 4–6 weeks throughout the year, beginning in early to mid-March based on local weather conditions.

What's Included in Each Treatment

• Granular Fertilizer: We apply a slow-release, mostly organic granular fertilizer that nourishes your lawn throughout the month. The granules remain on the lawn until activated by water or rain, which carries the nutrients to the root zone to enhance grass density and promote overall lawn health.
• Weed Control: We apply targeted liquid weed control treatments. Rather than blanket spraying, we selectively spray individual visible weeds, which is more effective at eliminating the entire root system and preventing regrowth. For yards with extensive weed coverage, we perform full-yard weed treatment as needed.
• Pre-Emergent Treatments: The first two applications include pre-emergent herbicide that creates a barrier to prevent annual weed seeds—particularly crabgrass—from germinating.
• Seasonal Adjustments: The third, fourth, and fifth applications focus on essential nutrients and soil conditioning. During hot summer months, we carefully manage nitrogen levels to help grass withstand heat stress.

Safety and Drying Time

After liquid weed treatment is applied, we recommend waiting 1–2 hours for the treatment to dry before allowing children or pets on the treated lawn. Once dry, the area is completely safe.

Ground stake lighting costs vary depending on your specific installation and how you're adding it to your service:

• One-time addition to Christmas packages: $140–$210 — This is the cost to add ground stake lighting to an existing Christmas decoration package. The initial cost is typically around $140, though some installations run around $210 depending on scope. Starting the following year, your monthly service price will be adjusted to account for the ground stake lighting.
• Landscape bed installation: around $245 — For permanent landscape bed lighting installations.

Our ground stake lighting features LED lights that can be changed to different colors on site, giving you flexibility in your design. The exact cost for your installation will depend on the number and size of beds you want to light and whether you're adding this to an existing package or installing it as a standalone service. We keep a credit or debit card on file and charge it automatically the day after each mowing service is completed. No upfront payment is required.

Service Schedule

You'll be assigned a specific weekly service day, typically occurring on Saturdays or Mondays. We charge the card on file the day after your scheduled mowing is completed.

Documentation

A paid invoice or receipt is emailed to you following each mowing service to confirm the transaction.

Getting an Estimate

You can receive an estimate in two ways:

• Remote estimate: We provide quotes using satellite measurements. Simply provide your address and contact information, and we'll send you a quote without requiring an in-person visit.
• In-person estimate: Contact our office by phone to arrange a convenient time for a representative to visit your property. Our team will assess the required work, provide a detailed quote, and you're welcome to be present to discuss specific needs and highlight areas of concern.

Once you receive your estimate, you can accept it in the following ways:

Payment and Scheduling

After accepting your estimate, the next steps depend on the service type:

• Services requiring a deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the labor rate and schedule your service. This can be paid by credit card over the phone or using a card on file.
• Services with no upfront payment: You'll receive an email to update your payment method. Billing occurs the day after service completion.

Our spring cleanup service starts at around $400 for a quarter-day service, which includes two workers for approximately two hours of work (four man-hours total). This base service covers basic winter leaf removal and light trimming.

Pricing scales based on the scope of work and your property's specific needs:

• Quarter-day service: around $400 — Basic cleanup with two workers for two hours
• Half-day service: around $700 — Extended work for larger properties or more detailed tasks
• Extended services: $700–$935+ — For comprehensive work like detailed weeding, fence-line trimming, garden bed shaping, and additional hours

Additional services are priced separately and can be added to your cleanup:

• Mulch installation: approximately $105 per yard
• Trench edging: typically increases total cost by $300–$400
• Brick removal, perennial plant cleanup, and other specialized work: determined during estimate
